Refunds, Deposits and Warranties

Returns and Refunds:

Refunds available within the 14 days return policy. Items are to be returned in the same condition that they were sold in.  Note, buyers pay return delivery costs.

Please package returned items securely. We recommend using an insured carrier with tracking, particularly for high-value items. If you return the goods within 14 days in the same condition as dispatched, we will issue full refunds, excluding the original delivery charges.

Custom orders and gift cards are non-refundable.

Deposits:

Large order items such as locomotives and rolling stock will require a deposit payment. This deposit is to secure your order and to buy in the materials needed to complete your order. All locomotives and rolling stock are custom builds.

All deposits are not eligible for refunds.

Warranties:

Locomotives and rolling stock come with either a 6 or 12 month warranty period. This covers any faults, failures or defects due to defective materials or poor workmanship. Please see your warranty documentation for full details.
