5” and 7¼” Track Gauge

Description

Dual track gauge for use on 5” and 7¼″ track gauge. Laser cut from 6mm steel and can be used on many rail types, including, aluminium and steel.

Track gauges are used to ensure the distance between your rails are correct for your locomotives, by placing it between the inner faces of the rails. Track gauges are an essential tool for safety and efficiency of track operations. Incorrect spacing can lead to train derailments, operational delays or damage.

Although these track gauges are dual, they can be used on a single gauge line by using only the spacing section required.
